Yoga as Applied to Fiddle Muscles and Issues

Yoga is so good for fiddlers! Fiddlers use their bodies like athletes but often don't know how to take care of them. This "Yinyasa" class will start with a yin yoga sequence for stretching the connective tissue of the body, breathing, and deep relaxation, and will transition into a vinyasa flow that will encourage awareness of posture, with special focus on the parts of the body fiddlers work the hardest. Bring a yoga mat, and any yoga props you have (blocks, yoga belt) to class. Participants are responsible for their own well-being (not Fiddle Hell) in this yoga session.
