Contradance Tune "Money Musk" on Cello:

Location: R7

Instructor: JAMES[C]

Style: Canadian New England Oldtime

"Moneymusk" was originally a pipe tune, taking its name from an Aberdeenshire, Scotland, baronial estate called Monymusk House. It was a popular melody and a country dance in America by the 1790's, and can be played as a strathspey, reel, or fling. It's a great cello tune for a contradance or jam.
