Yoga is so good for fiddlers! This "Yinyasa" class starts with a yin yoga sequence for stretching the connective tissue of the body, breathing, and deep relaxation, and then a vinyasa flow to encourage awareness of posture, focusing on parts of the body fiddlers work the hardest. Bring a yoga mat, and any yoga props you have (blocks, yoga belt). Participants are responsible for their own well-being (not Fiddle Hell) in this yoga session.
