Fulfillment Policy for Fiddle Hell

Fiddle Hell Massachusetts LLC has the following policies for Cancellations and Refunds.

In-Person Events:

We encourage attendees to cancel their registration if they are experiencing Covid symptoms less than a week before an event. Please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential refund. For cancellations due to other reasons, please contact us. Each request will be evaluated on an individual basis, and we strive to be fair and accommodating.

Online Events:

For our online events, cancellation requests must also be submitted individually for evaluation. Refunds will generally be granted if an attendee is unable to access the online event or replays due to technical issues that are not within the attendee's control. Please reach out to us with details of your issue to arrange for a possible refund.
