Parent or LEGAL Guardian or Responsible Adult Agreement for Child 13-17

To Be Agreed to During Registration

We welcome all ages at Fiddle Hell! A teen (13-17) may attend one or more days at the Fiddle Hell Massachusetts Festival, November 13-16, 2025, if accompanied by a responsible adult (18 or older). The responsible adult will need to sign the following agreement in person at the Fiddle Hell Registration Desk, and to abide by the agreement during Fiddle Hell.

AGREEMENT:

TEENS (13-17 years old) are required to have an accompanying, responsible adult (18+) present on the premises of the Westford Regency at the 2025 Fiddle Hell Massachusetts Festival ("FH") with them. The accompanying adult is responsible for the teen’s safe and non-disruptive participation in and/or attendance at FH activities, including following all FH rules and policies whether general or Covid-related. The accompanying adult must be registered at FH as an Adult, Young Adult, Senior, or Non-Playing Parent.

The responsible adult may be the parent or guardian of the teen, or perhaps a musical older sibling of the teen, or the teen's music teacher.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. I irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this agreement or my participation in FH.

Parent or LEGAL Guardian Agreement for Child 13-17

To Be Agreed to During Registration

We welcome all ages at Fiddle Hell! For a child aged 13-17 to participate in the Fiddle Hell Online program presented by Fiddle Hell Massachusetts LLC in 2025, a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older is required to register the child and to read and agree to the following terms.

AGREEMENT:

I am the parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older of the child identified in this registration. I AGREE TO PURCHASE A FIDDLE HELL ONLINE (“FHO”) TICKET FOR MY CHILD, TO SUPERVISE AND MONITOR MY CHILD’S PARTICIPATION IN FHO, AND TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY CHILD’S SAFETY AND APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR THROUGHOUT THE EVENT (APRIL 3-6, 2025) AND IN THE THREE MONTHS (EXTENSIBLE TO SIX OR NINE MONTHS) FOLLOWING THE EVENT, during which access to event content through the Whova platform will continue to be available.
